How long do you need to fill an order? 

Do you offer gluten-free products? 

  • We do offer some gluten-free cheesecakes. There is no flour in our cheesecake batter. If a cheesecake has either a graham cracker or Oreo crust, we can substitute with either a gluten-free graham or gluten-free Oreo crust. 

  • If a product is available in a gluten-free version, it is listed under the product information. 

  • We do not offer any gluten-free products other than cheesecake(s).

Do you offer vegan products? 

  • Unfortunately, we’re a small shop and don’t have the resources to produce vegan baked goods.

Do you offer sugar-free products?

  • If you’d like to order a whole cake, we offer a crustless, sugar-free NY style cheesecake but do not carry any sugar-free products in the shop.

Can I order cupcakes or any baked goods other than cheesecake(s)?

  • No. We are not a production bakery and do not have the resources to fill orders for bulk products.

Is it possible to add a message or decorative work to my cake(s)?

  • No. We do not have an experienced decorator or the appropriate tools to offer this type of service.

Do you cater?

  • No

Can I place an order in-store or via phone call?

  • No. We only accept orders via our website. We have a limited staff - the owner/baker and the young people who do sales at night. They work a few hours 1 or 2 nights a week and do not have the knowledge/experience to help with customer orders for whole cakes/pies. 

  • We do not have a phone in the shop to prevent any misinformation or lapse in service.

Where are you located?

  • We are located at the corner of Old Apex Road and West Chatham Street between Abbey Road Tavern and Domino’s Pizza.

Do you deliver?

  • We offer delivery for the products available in our shop via third party providers such as DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats. Each service charges commission for orders processed through their system. Products ordered through these providers will be priced up to 35% higher than in store or take out orders.

  • We are unable to provide delivery for whole cake(s) or pie(s) orders.
